Fast browser-side verification, without background surveillance.
The extension keeps the same Dispel verdict model close to the page. It checks highlighted text, page context, and selected images only when you ask it to. Nothing runs in the background. Nothing is sent until you tap analyze.
User initiated only
Quick Check only reads the content you highlight, the page you open, or the image you click. There is no background scanning.
Minimal permissions
The extension now leans on activeTab, scripting, and storage, with host access requested only when the user actually needs it.
Clean app handoff
Every successful quick check can still open the full Dispel report in the main app for a deeper review trail.
Open app settings and issue a key for Quick Check.
Use the unpacked extension during launch-preview mode while store submission is in progress.
Allow the page origin only when you want Quick Check to inspect it.
Use the handoff link when a quick verdict needs the full evidence receipt.
